GCC Staffing Group is an online recruitment group which seeks qualified professionals to fulfill the staffing needs of institutions of learning and companies in the Middle East. Our prospective candidates are native speakers of English from the United States, Canada, Australia, South Africa, England and other parts of Europe.

Our main goal is to eliminate the high employee turnover by making sure both the candidate and employer are totally satisfied from the onset. We are more than just your average employment agency. Although we recruit for all professions, we mainly focus on educators to teach on a grade school and university level in the Cooperative Council for the Arab States of the Gulf also known as the Gulf Cooperation Council or the Gulf Cooperative Countries (GCC). As the council is comprised of the Persian Gulf states of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, our focal point will be on those countries. Educators will be employed at international schools, private Arabic schools, language institutes and universities.
